Reopening
School will resume on January 9th, 2025. Just as God faithfully guided and protected us throughout the last term, we place our trust in His continued care and direction for the term ahead. May we always give Him praise and glory for His unwavering blessings in our lives.

Uniform Guidelines💡
Parents, please ensure your children adhere to the school’s approved uniform standards regarding style and color. For uniform consistency, we recommend utilizing the school’s designated seamstress or tailor. Students not in proper uniform will not be permitted into the classroom. Thank you for your cooperation.
Mondays – Wednesday
Prescribed uniform with black-leather shoes and black socks.
Thursday
Polo shirt with jeans, black sneakers and black socks.
Friday
Jersey, black shoes and black socks
Snacks
Snack Policy Reminder💡
We kindly request that parents provide their children with snacks for the school day. Please refrain from asking school staff to purchase snacks on behalf of your child, as this practice disrupts our daily routines. Ensuring your child arrives with their own snacks contributes to a smooth and efficient school experience.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Update on school policies
✅ No Gift Policy
At Marigold, we are committed to ensuring equal care and fair treatment for all students. To uphold these standards, we kindly request that parents refrain from giving gifts in any form—whether monetary or in-kind—to any staff member during the school term. This policy helps maintain an environment where all students receive equal attention and support.
We understand that expressing gratitude is important. Therefore, we encourage parents to consider giving gifts at the end of the term during our “Bring and Share” parties. This approach allows for collective appreciation without compromising our commitment to fairness.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a fair and supportive environment for all students.
✅ Policy on Equipment Damage
At Marigold School, we encourage all students to take good care of school property. Here’s how we handle any damage:
1. Reporting Damage: If any equipment is damaged, please let the administration know as soon as possible.
2. Assessment: The school will review the damage and decide if repairs or replacements are needed.
3. Surcharge: If a student is responsible for the damage, their parents will be asked to cover the repair or replacement costs.
4. Payment: Payment for any damages should be made within 30 days.
5. Dispute Resolution: If there are any concerns, parents or guardians can request a meeting with the school administration.
This policy helps us keep our school property in great condition for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
✅ Policy on Taking Children Out of School Without Official Notice
At Marigold School, we understand that there may be occasions when parents need to take their children out of school. However, to ensure smooth communication and maintain a well-organized academic environment, we ask that the following guidelines be followed:
1. Official Notice Requirement: Parents must notify the school administration in writing at least 7 days in advance if their child will be taken out of school for any reason. This gives us the opportunity to plan and manage the student’s absence appropriately.
2. No Return Policy: If a student is taken out of school without prior notice, they may not be permitted to return until the matter has been resolved with the school administration. The school management reserves the right to refuse readmission.
3. Re-enrollment Process: Should a child return to school after being taken out, they will be required to go through the admission process again as a new student. This includes completing the necessary forms and paying any applicable fees.
We appreciate your cooperation in following these procedures to ensure a positive experience for your child and maintain a well-managed school environment.
Thank you for your understanding!
✅ School Fees Policy
As we begin a new academic term we would like to remind you of the importance of paying school fees on time. Timely payment is vital for the smooth operation of the school and helps us maintain the high standards of education and services your children deserve. It enables us to provide quality teaching staff, maintain school facilities, and ensure access to essential learning materials and programs.
We understand that circumstances may vary, and we appreciate your dedication to investing in your child’s education. To continue providing the best for your children, we kindly ask that all fees be paid by the specified due dates. This will allow us to meet our commitments and maintain a nurturing, well-resourced learning environment.
Marigold offers a payment installment plan for your convenience. We kindly urge parents who choose this option to adhere to the payment deadlines and, if possible, make payments in advance. Please note that all deadlines will be strictly enforced.
We request that the first installment payment be made before the reopening day to ensure the smooth operation of the school. If you have any concerns or need assistance with payment arrangements, please feel free to contact the school’s administration. We are here to support you.
Your continued support and cooperation are greatly appreciated. Thank you!
